Faith Powers has written her book series during her domestic violent marriage.
It is the author’s intent to tell her story in hopes of helping others in the same situation. To let them know there is a silver lining in their lives. There is hope. They must not give up.
She was determined to turn the negatives in her life, into positives!
Faith Powers unique style of humor will sweep the nation in a way that has never been done before with this series and the other series to come.
The illustrator, Dean Kawada was one of the many animators in the films: “Spirit”, “Anastasia”, “Titan AE”, and “Bartok the Magnificent”, Fox, and DreamWorks animation, along with being one of the creators of “Courageous Crustaceans".

The following is a message from the Author:
"The books were written at the lowest time in my life. They were written deep within a broken heart reflecting my feelings of loss and loneliness. I so wanted to forget all the things myself and my daughter lived through.
This brings me to today and how living through an abusive marriage…taking the negatives in my life and using them to be the complete opposite of what I was feeling then. I have written two humor book series (of all things) when I was going through the most fearful, depressing time of life.
I am taking a stand against Domestic Violence. My daughter is taking a stand against Domestic Violence.
In everyone’s life there is a choice. To accept and agonize over what people speak into your life or know in your heart who you truly are. The wisdom is to know the difference. I am here today, standing tall and thankful I refused to believe all those lies. I am who I am, and will always be thankful to the Lord for setting me free.”

A yearly percentage will be donated to non-profit organizations by In Cell, Inc. that aid families in protection from Domestic Violence.
